Methods of Payment
Please
contact me via e-mail or phone to inquire
to the availability of the gecko(s) in question and final cost before
sending payment. I prefer
payments made via PayPal or credit card (via PayPal); however, I will
also accept money orders and personal checks (7 day waiting period to
clear my bank). If you are sending
payment by mail, I must be notified via e-mail of phone that payment was
sent by mail so that I can remove the gecko(s) from being available to
other potential buyers.

Shipping
I ship via FedEx
Next Day, which guarantees delivery in most areas by 10:30
a.m.. I currently
ship to locations only in the continental United
States.
Shipping is a flat $40 fee and is not included in the price of the
animal unless otherwise noted.
Larger orders may have higher shipping cost and will be negotiated
between the costumer and myself.
If you request a tracking number for your animal I will be more
than happy to provide it for you.
Shipping will be made either Monday or Tuesday to prevent the
chance that the animals will be stuck in shipping facility over a
weekend.
I will not ship animals
if the temperature at my location or yours is below 40 degrees or over 90
degrees and/or during other extreme weather conditions. I will hold the
purchased animals for no charge until the weather is when I deem
satisfactory for shipping. This
is non-negotiable. I will not
jeopardize the health the animals over the request of a costumer.
Guarantees
I
provide a live arrival uarantee for all animals when someone is available to sign for
the animal upon delivery, and the temperatures are 40–90 degrees in the
area that the animal is being delivered.
If these conditions are not met the live arrival guarantee is
void. If an animal arrives
decease and the above conditions were met, please contact me within 24
hours of the animals’ arrival. I will need proof of the DOA preferably by
a photograph sent via email. I do not issue refunds but I will replace
the animal for no charge. If I am
not contacted within 24 hours of the animals’ arrival, I will assume that
the animal arrived alive.
I
offer a 48 hour health guarantee on all of my geckos. If I do not hear from you within 48
hours, I will assume that you a satisfied with your purchase and I will
consider our transaction complete.
I have no control over how you keep your reptiles; therefore, I
can’t provide a longer health guarantee.
I
provide a 100% sex guarantee if an animal was sold as sexed. However, I expect the costumer to
double check sex upon arrival and contact me within 48 hours if the
animal appears to be the wrong sex.
I
CANNOT provide a color guarantee. Bare in mind, when you receive your gecko(s), they will be
stress and their colors will not be their best. I will usually provide an individual photo of the geckos
that I have for sale. I attempt
to take photos that best represent their colors; however, the photos can
appear different with different people and/or computers. Allow the animal(s) to calm down after
you receive them, and their colors will quickly return to their normal
coloration.
